I graduated from one of the top Traditional Chinese Medical Schools in China, and worked at the department of orthopedics, acupuncture and Tuina for 8 years. Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. When you book an appointment that time is reserved for you. 24 hours advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. I charge a 50%cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Full amount will be charged for “no show”. If you are late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session.
